Hopefully they belong to a johndee'r that checks the website every day. We'll try to keep this To The Top for awhile. Maybe we need to ask if its possible to have a topic of Lost & Found. I never know where the best place is with the choice of Miscellaneous or Off Topic.

If you can't hear me just say something!!

I hope this person gets them back. How do you loose these? Are they in a carrying case or what.

Yes in a case-probably in an unzipped pocket. Probably doesn't wear them while snowmobiling because of the noise being magnified.

I think Miscellaneous is best for this type of thing simply because more people look at this area. Thanks for posting and I hope the owner gets them back!

Guess I'll just have to say it LOUDER. LOL--Hopefully if anyone reads johndee and knows of someone that has hearing aids and came to the western UP snowmobiling they pass the word. Fortunately they were found this morning before the snow started to cover them up.-end result, then plowed into a huge pile of snow to be found in June.....and probably no good anymore.
Medical insurance doesn't cover but I'm wondering if they would be covered under "mysterious disappearance" under a Homeowners Policy.

You guys that are joking about it are morons.

Look at the brand, and see if there is a model number, and there also are serial numbers on them. Most of the aids are registered with the companies and they may be able to help you find the medical facility or aid shop that bought them. From there, you may find the owner if you want to do the work.

I hope the owner finds them because they are very pricey. My wife had to get a set and the were $3,900.00.
Hopefully they will come here or call the mini-mart.

Thanks for the info-Chadlyt
I've been on internet checking & guess tomorrow I'll get some info from our local Audiologist-might be able to narrow it down for me.
Much appreciated.

If you do not come up with the owner could I recommend you donate them My Grandfathers set ran $5,000 they can reuse the inside parts and transfer them to a new mold. I am sure you could make someone in need very happy

I have an account with almost every hearing aid manufacturer. If you like, you could send me a pm or I can call you. I would need the serial numbers and make...if you can read it. I do this for a living.

Soooo Excited--Polarice did an excellent job-located the manufacturer, and with the serial numbers found the Audiologist they went to, the Audiologist was then contacted, Audiologist then contacted owner (or wife). We then rec'd e-mail from Polarice that we would be getting a phone call.
The owner just contacted us-still in UP in truck between Hancock & Baraga and will be coming to pick them up. Sure glad to find out he is still in the area. He is sooo excited. I do want to give a huge THANK TOU to POLARICE for using his resources for the detective work.
What a wonderful ending
