I'm guessing the light reflecting off the snow makes it cooler due to the ground not warming. I just wanted an expert answer. And if it does in fact make it colder, how much colder?
Ok, to make a long story short. I put a 136 under my 99 xc500 last year with a 1.5" lug track. I regeared to a 21/41 (stock was 23/41) which helped a little bit but I believe I need some clutching. I know very little about clutching. Just wondering if someone else has set up a 500 polaris before...
