Got this one driving in the other day. This is at Tettagouchee St Park where the Baptism River flows into Lake Superior.

We weren't able to see them on the 11th due to cloud cover but luckily they were back out on the 12th also. The first pic looks like an angel!

Driving by Split Rock yesterday on my way home and there was cars lining the roads in the park, cars parked in Silver Bay and taking shuttles down there. Lots of people there.

I was a project manager at a previous job and would always be working with the engineering team to simplify things and make them serviceable. And then my big pet peeve was everything was made out of unobtanium. Don't use some exotic alum alloy or such. Basic materials we can reliably purchase...

Nick is one of the guys we camp with at Hay Days each year. While he wasn't camping this year with us he did stop by Saturday night and we spent quite a bit of time talking. Such a good guy, he'll be missed.

So for this year I'm still running my 21 850 SKS but added a 24 850 Khaos 155 for the deep days. We are also spending 2/15-3/15 split between Island Park and Seeley Lake this winter. For most of my MN riding my SKS is the perfect sled. For the deep days and out west the Khaos will come out.

Beautiful drive in today over Lake Superior

We'll be in NYC next weekend visiting our daughter. Even though we don't drive into the Manhattan area where she lives, just driving around the periphery is crazy. Going to go up into the Catskills for a long weekend and then back into the city for a night.

I saw pictures of the lines up there. Crazy. Had to be 300 cars parked at the Bean and Bear Lake trail head in Silver Bay.

This picture was taken right as you come out of Silver Creek Tunnel heading south to Two Harbors, MN on Saturday night. Traffic was backed up from T.H. all the way to here, 4.5 miles. These are all people heading home after coming up to see the leaves change colors, like they don't change...

Had to go get the mail last night and as I headed back I saw this.
