Had a good trip. Saturday 12-18 222 miles. Started at the Budget Host in St. Ignace . A few thin spots on the RR grade to Moran. After that it was fine all the way through Hulbert to Paradise. Paradise needs to get with the program. They do not even have the fallen trees cleared from trails...

The sleds have all been greased and Seafoamed and packed away for the summer. And it is not even April 1st yet.....

So my 14 year old son's sled is about 15 miles short of 8000 miles. It was warm and sunny on the trail Saturday, so I thought it was time to get myself down in the snow and check his slides out. Sure enough, they still have a lot of meat left on them. I will now wait until it has 10000 on it...
