    Trail 15 - Gem

So, my opinion as all have stated the central area if the snow is good has some fantastic trails but also as stated can have some really long runs and if it go bad or if cold that is not fun. Yes western UP is busy but has some fantastic trails when you can catch them fresh groomed. Big thing in...

    Trail 15 - Gem

Glad you enjoyed it, yes 15 can be fantastic when it has snow as it does this year and as you stated long way between stops keeps traffic down. Took bottom half of 15 to Amasa last week and was fantastic.

    UP trail 160

Hermie, wife and I rode it last year and it was a nice ride. From Cisco lake through Saxon harbor back through Hurley back was about 170 miles if I remember correctly. Snow was thin near lake but rideable, and that was last year when snow wasn’t nearly as good as this year. Only problem I see...

    Half time show

It was definitely a statement that is for sure. As for the show not my thing. Obviously Apple was willing to pay a ton for it and they must know they are going to make it back with downloads, but not by us old white guys. I have seen worse halftime shows!

    Bergland to silver city

No ice heaves so far this year that have been reported but that can always change. Agree lake can be hard the navigate in heavy snow.

    Bergland to silver city

There is a parking lot across from gas station in Bergland it is a pay to park I believe on the honor system., and pretty cheap. Couple different options then to go up to lake in the clouds just looks at a map. Very nice ride.

    Watersmeet

Hoosier, you must have been early because we had a group of about 30 stop at our groomer barn in the morning then headed up 107 to Kenton. But I’m sure they weren’t tearing it up either. Trails around hear are some of the best I’ve ever seen.

    Watersmeet

I’ve done that run and from Watersmeet back to Watersmeet is about a 130 miles time is up to the rider!😁

    How Cold Is It?

Well this is day 3 here. Planning on hopping on sleds today and meeting friends in Minocqua and riding around there for a few days. But not leaving until it gets a little warmer 🥴.

    Watersmeet

Well you might be a little crazy, but then again I think all you snowmobilers are!🥴 With that being said right now we have enough snow that the pink snow is covered up at this point.

    Watersmeet

You can head north out of the parking lot about 200 yards pick up Bass lake rd about 2-3 miles then turn on fr 5086 take that to fr5250 which brings you to the trail where trail 3 and 107 meet. Actually had my camp on Bass lake rd so used to do that all the time. I would love to try and push a...
