Hey all, Looks like a little window this year to ride the Chain and river, wondering if anyone has any recent reports from this past weekend. Typically, the open water is in the same spots every year, but the river around Johnsburg can be sketchy. Any into would be appreciated.

I usually purchase my trail pass at one of the gas stations where we ride, but I see they are available online. My question is if I purchase my pass online, am I legal to ride with the receipt until I receive my sticker in the mail? All I could fine on the MSA or the MDNR site was you need to...
