In Nov of 2019 I had to have L4, L5, and S1 fused, had the same narrowing and bulging disc hitting the sciatica. I waited to the point I had trouble getting out of bed and up/down stairs, walking etc. I could not stand for more that 5 mins without my leg starting to tingle etc... by 10m mins...

Well I will end this year at 1302. I was able to get a trip in over March 7th to the 9th with my youngest son. I wish I could have made a trip work with both boys as well but you know how the highschool years are... Having some one on one time with each of them was great too!
