Yes, I had this issue. Couldn't snap shut all the way. I took the visor off, put it back on, and now it's fine. If you don't hear the pop, it's not aligned or something. Was driving around for awhile without it completely snapped. Still better than any other helmet I've owned.

Always someone doing what the GPS tells them instead of believing their own eyes. It's amazing how many people do this. Did your buddy get his helmet issue figured out?
