Hope you still have some good color up there. My wife and I did our annual color cruise on Saturday in the Ottawa north and east of Marenisco. Wind was brutal both Friday and Saturday blowing down the leaves. Even blowing down a lot of the green leaves.

Definitely number 2. When my son still lived at home with us, he worked midnights. He was in his early twenties. Stuff still needed to get done around the house and he had a fit every time I fired up the lawn mower, blower or saws. My suggestion, my house, MOVE OUT! Problem solved.

Vilas County, Presque Isle, we did not get the big snow predicted for last night. I would estimate 3" plus the ice that preceded it. Snow is heavy and wet, and it has started to fall again at 9:30 am. Supposed to snow here all day ending around 9 pm with 3-5" still to come.

I would re-think your travel plans Paul. We had hail and thunderstorms here last night in Presque Isle which turned everything to ice after temp dropped. Snow supposed to start here tonight around 8 pm and last all night into the morning. Predicting 9-11" Roads may be a little nasty for a while.
