CF moto is now title sponsor for Jake Yurk the only pro on arctic cat in sno cross . Add that to the mix of thoughts.
Maybe a bidding war. I am hoping that Argo ends up buying them but if it's CF moto so be it as long as someone buys them and actually cares about the brand which with CF moto willing to sponsor a racer does show they care. This will be a fun watch and hopefully gets settled soon so that they can start taking spring or maybe summer orders and get these people back to work.

I believe as long as made in USA no tariffs. I believe parts that come from anywhere made but USA are subject to tariffs. I’ve been waiting to see how Skidoo will fare with tariffs could put them at a huge price disadvantage. A good reason to buy a Cat or Polaris but majority of their sleds are 2s. 4s sleds aren’t well represented by USA manufacturers. 🤷‍♂️

I wasn’t asking based on tariffs. Just in general. I’ve known CF Moto to be a Chinese company.

Still plenty of us 2s guys out there who as long as they are available wouldn't even give a 4s a look or consideration,

Absolutely more 2s sledders than 4s just could lead to paying a tariff premium as best 4s engine options are skidoo since Yamaha left the market. With low mile short seasons makes 2s even more attractive definitely an opportunity for Cat.

Not to mention the Catalyst chassis is one bad ass chassis IMO and don't see it ever becoming or carrying a 4s engine. Yes the 858 is having its issues but lets face it, what new releases don't? even in my business manufacturers will claim or have all these hours and hours of testing and when production hits there are issues and I've seen some where you just shake your head in disbelief and think WTF?, IMO the 600 is a very formidable engine for its size, the 858 once dialed in will be a real contender and who knows if they stay in or if someone else continues the Cat legacy brand we may see more in the 2s offering. The Catalyst chassis is quite the platform and still some room for refinement.

I saw a CF Moto trailer in the pits at the Eagle River Sno cross and they appeared to be racing an Artic Cat

Cf moto is China based and China owned
Correct, but they have a headquarters here in the twin cities. People need to get over the country of origin crap. There is good and bad stuff made from any country these days. Ride reviews, fit, finish, and durability will come to the surface. The American made Polaris starter sounds like a bag of class five in a tin box......

I'm fine with stuff made in other countries, just not China! China is not our friend and could not engineer 1/8 of the stuff that it makes, without us freely giving them the engineering behind it to make everything to sell back to us... I'm not going into any more than that because I feel like I would be breaking the rules of the site with politics...

Just look up a Snowfox snowmobile...
