I happened to be driving by the glacier this afternoon (April 11th) & took a quick drive by shot of it for those who may be interested. She is pretty thick. Keep in mind, this is after quite a few above average temperature days. Current temp is 49 degrees, temp on Sat is forecasted for the upper 50's to 60 with 40's & rain likely on Sun.
The official snow total for Keweenaw County for the winter of 24-25 ended up at 306.50". Third snowiest on record. Current forecast has LES possible for Tues April 15th, sure hope not, I feel broken.
This is now an official meltdown contest. Guesses will be accepted up to April 30th. The First person with the correct meltdown date will
