So we had a beautiful weekend on the North Shore. 60 degrees and blue skies every day. The fires up here got under control so no more worries about that and my wife and I got out for a couple of hikes. On Sunday we went to Crosby Manitou State Park and hiked back into the falls. About 3 miles round trip and dodged a lot of downed trees. But the falls back there are gorgeous.
Then on Monday we went down to Tettagouchee SP and went out around Crystal Bay, again a lot of downed trees buts such a awesome spot. In the one picture I took looking up the shore you can faintly see snow on Lutsen Mtn ski area. The water is slow clear and so inviting, if it just wasn't only 45 degrees!
