    Does anyone know if the seat for the switchback pro r and the switchback adventure are the same seat? If there are two different seats, is the switchback pro r seat narrower? I bought the pro r last year used, it was a snow check model. Pete

    Set up for 2013 arctic cat f800

    I just bought a used f800 with 700 miles on it. I'm just wondering what guys are running their front shock pressures at? What's the best set up for the rear suspension? I weigh 185 with all my gear on. I ride fairly aggressive. Just looking for a little help. Thanks, Pete

    Aftermarket skis for 06 xfire 700sp

    I'm looking for some suggestions on skis for the sled. I've looked at USI, C&A, and Slydog online. A majority of my riding is on groomed trail. Thanks for the help Pete

    belt adjustment on 06 xfire 700 sp

    Just wondering what the proper tension should be? Should the belt sit an 1/8" above the sheaves? I took the belt off today and now it is not sitting in the same place as it was before. When I put it back on I had to remove two washers to make the adjustment nut go on all the way.

    top end rebuild

    I've got a 06 XFire Sp 700 with approximately 3500 miles on it. I noticed yesterday when I had the pipe off the pistons had brown (burning) spot on each of them. The sled ran fine last year. I have not checked the compression. I'm just wondering if it is time to rebuild the top end before...

    I'm so tired of hearing everyone form the radio, newscasters, co-workers saying "At least it's not snow." Come on people it's winter, it's supposed to snow.

    overheating issues

    I've got a 06 xfire. I had a some overheating issues a few times last year. Would ice scratchers help with this problem? It only happened when we were running on trails or roads with low snow. It just stunk because I would have to stop every so often and throw snow on top of the tunnel and...

    different seat for xfire

    Just wondering if anybody out there has put a different seat on their xfire. I was thinking about getting a boss or an skinz airframe. Any pros or cons? It seems to me the stock seat is too low and I am trying to get an idea if the extra 2-3" from the new seat will help out.

    coupler blocks

    I've got a 2006 crossfire and was wondering what the best position is for the coupler blocks when trail riding. I'm not sure which marks to have facing the rear arm. Thanks for any help, Pete

    proper track tension

    Is the proper track tension for a 2006 crossfire sno pro 1.5" to 1.75 with a 20lb weight? Or is the measurement 1.75" to 2"? Is there any other way to measure it without the 20 lb weight? Pete

    Looking for people to ride with in the U.P.

    idler wheels that attach to rear arm

    How do I get the wheels off that are attached to the rear arm. It's a 2006 crossfire. The wheels are pressed on. I am assuming I use a wheel puller? After I get them off what is the best way to get them on? Pete

    looking to buy used sled

    I have not owned a sled for the past 4 years now and have been renting since then. I'm planning on buying one in the next few weeks. I'm looking at either a renegade or a crossfire. I was hoping people could give the pros and cons of each sled. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Pete
