Guys I have a 2005 500 xc/sp I bought a used exhaust from a 2002 xc/sp 500 the original y pipe and used exhaust fit the springs don't work though for some reason. any ideas on what to do?

Can I buy any tuned exhaust for 2005 xc/sp 500? I'm needing a replacement that goes into the can, from the y-pipe. I'm looking for stock. The end is breaking off and i'm wondering if any polaris exhaust will work. They all look the same, I know I have to make sure it will fit with the bracket...

Hey guys just have a question. First ride of year, just had gas tank replaced and had more than normal oil coming out from the engine going into the y-pipe?? Dripping and I could smell it.Didn't seem to notice before?? Is this normal?? Sign of something to come??

Ok so Family has 3 of these sleds. 2 out of 3 first year had gas tanks crack at filler neck. First one didn't cover under warranty and had to pay over $350.00 for it. Curtis and Sons in Lanark,Il. still wouldn't cover after recall came out. Stated polaris didn't pay very much on warranty and...

I just changed the oil in my chain case and was wondering how Tight I want the chain. When I took the cover off the chain was very loose? I never noticed any issues though? 2005 xc/sp 500? Which did brake 2 bolts when I first bought. Once at 700 then again at 1400. Working fine now though.
