What should I use for a gasket sealant when I put the cover back on my ACT drive? Something like Permatex form a gasket? It looked like clear silicone was used when I took it apart.

I had this out before but I don't remember how to get the cap off the brake end of the driveshaft to remove the bolt so I can remove the ACT drive. Any help would be appriciated. It is the cap that the speedo key goes into.
