    EGT Sensor Temps.

    I am installing a EGT Sensor on my Polaris seld. Year is a 2002 550 fan cooled classic. Where would I go to find my high temp limits? What should my temps be normal? I know a lot goes into plugs and fuel mixture. What would be my failure meltdown temp be? Any help?

    Cylinder heat gauges.

    I have two 550 fan cool sleds, ones in rebuild right now. Thinking of adding a cylinder heat gauges to my sled. Are they worth the money? Where would you find the temps to go by? Or would an exhaust gage be better? Thanks,
