Eliminating sugar and processed foods for 4 months I lost 50 lbs. Now if I have any amount of sugar I get migraines, except beer in moderation 😁 Since the wife went along with the same foods I really feel it has made this Last knee replacement’s recovery so dramatically better then the others.
