I never directly blamed the AWSC...It doesnt matter to me WHO came up with the decision to implement chopping counties into zones...But some of these counties have gone a bit overboard...Waushara is chopped into 6-7 zones...LOL...Might be a good teaching tool for other counties to learn how 1...
