John, I have noticed some of the instrument shelters contain a small fan to help with air flow. As I'm still constructing mine I would like to get your thought on the use of fans in the shelter, thank you.

John, When they say the actual temp is 35 but if feels like 29 due to wind chill or whatever how does that effect the freezing of water. Does the water react like it's 29 and freezes or like it is 35 and stays in a liquid state?

Is there a specific temp when to change from heat index to wind chill or what formula is used to make the change? I've found the different formulas for each but was trying to figure out when one is used vs the other. thanks
