    Gone in 60 Minutes

Hopefully they don't bring that Ash Firewood up north and kill our Ash up here. Its going to happen sooner or later but later is better.

    Hay Days this year

I always go to the Wausau Grass Drags for the Swap. We have sold almost everything we have brought there.

3 Old Guys Ride to Alaska

They can drive up and get them with a Trailer. I drove up to Fairbanks and back last year. I had 10,000 miles on driving all over the place. If they get to Circle, Ak, they made it to the Road.

    Groomer drag set too deep?

Go back to Fan cooled Sleds and get rid of the liquid cooled Snow melters and save the Snow. They can cut out the Bumps or leave them and then you would be complaining the Trail is rough.

What amount of miles on a sled scare you?

up to 10,000 miles no issues. over 10,000 some problems start. 5000 if it's a 2 stroke. We have a couple 4-year-old 900 4 strokes. Now we are replacing some Wheel bearings, Spark plugs and Gas Filters. I have no idea how long a 4 stroke will go, we never had one fail.

    For those who are interested;

I don't know what this all about 3.2 qts of Mobil one and a filter once a year. Also, anyone behind me doesn't smell a thing.

    If it rains today....

Probably have to Salt and Sand the hills so the Groomers can climb them.

    Trailer repair????

Maybe you should have Brakes installed on the trailer. When I pull my small 14' enclosed, I miss the Brakes that I have on my 30 ft Trailer.

Another Weekend & Another Snowmobile Accident

High speeds, following to close and Snow dust is a real problem in the UP. I noticed there was a bad Tree hit on Victoria Road last weekend.

    Polaris 2023

If you're on a very rough Trail, the eco works great. I also use it in my Woods Trails. If the Polaris weighs that much, they must have copied Yamaha or the old 1200 Doo.

    2016 Ski-Doo Renegade Enduro 900 ACE

I have never had a problem with pulling the reverse Lever on any of our 900 Sleds. I have the value on my 2019 900 Renegade set at $8000 on my insurance. Seeing the price on the used ones, I should probably raise it. Usually, I lower them $500 every spring.

    Stealth 7.5 wide snowmobile trailer

Had a Stealth and when I loaded it heavy it flexed and bent so bad the Doors wouldn't open. That was 10 years ago maybe they are made better now. My Haulmark has a better Frame under it but has the same Indiana quality issues as the Stealth. If you want a better Trailer, make sure it's not built...

msrunningbear, has this cold weather caused the Paulding Light to show up less often?

Been there many times, never saw it until one night I was coming down Bass Lake Road east of 45 and there it was. It was not head Lights.

    2022 sucks!

She didn't want to run it in sport. I very seldom put mine in Sport (to jumpy) and changing the Clutching will screw it up. Then she will run it in eco all day. The 900 is Gas and go for 10,000 miles. You may want a new set of Plugs at 10,000. Leave it alone, it has all the Power she will...

Any info on Polaris sled shipments?

I would wait for the 2022 with the extra cash back, the 2023 will probably cost $ 2000 more with Aluminum prices expected to skyrocket.

    Are trails being refreshed enough

If your riding in Wisconsin, check your Carbides. They will not last very long.

    Yellowstone Tour On Sleds

There are still many restrictions, and your Sled has to be "BAT". My 900 4 stroke Renegades are not "BAT", but the 900 Grand Touring's are. 600 ace Skidoo's are "BAT". 2 Stroke's in the Park will probably get you Prison time.
