Hey i was going to pull the primary off of my rxl but it didnt come off really easy and i was wondering if it should just come off or if i need a puller? anybody know?

My friend has a 99 RMK 500 and the right cylinder leans out and burns up. It has done this twice now. Someone told him it could be with the ACCS and that can be removed? Does anyone else know what could be causing this? If anyone has had this problem or can help out I'd really appreciate it...
