1999 Polaris, runs fine until about 40mph then almost seizes. What could the problem be?

Both my inner and outer cones blew out, blowing off my dust cap, replaced the races and bearings and reinstalled hub and tire but my dust cap does not fit anymore, it is too small. How is this possible?

We dropped the front end of the track to remove my drive shaft to pull the sheared bolt out that caused my chaincase problem, everything is now reinstalled but we can't get the track/suspension to line up to reattach and get me back on the trails. Any tips for lining up the side tunnel bolts...

I blew out my chain case and took off the cover and it has some knicks from the chain slapping in it but seems otherwise be in ok shape, no cracks etc, is the cover salvagable or will I need to replace the cover due to a few knicks/gouges on the inside?

I recently blew my chain through the top of my chain case and the cover spread shrapenal all over my belly pan, is this an easy task to take on my own. Is it as simple as removing the cover, replacing chain and all bearings, sprockets? Could it have bent my jackshaft? Thanks

How does one remove the exhaust springs? Is there a special tool? Can this be done with a channel lock? Thanks

On a 2005 Polaris Supersport I removed the bolts from the recol cover but the cover won't fit to come out. Do I really hae to remove the exhaust to get the recoil cover out so I can fix my recoil rope? Thanks
