Well done Gary! Even though I never got to meet John in person I feel like I got to know him through this site. He sure is missed.

Well, well, well. I just ordered 2 of these off a place on ebay & I am pretty sure they are the knock-off's after looking at what I ordered closer. Darn it. At this point I guess I give them a try to see how well they work. Anyone know if these cheaper Chinese knock-off's actually work OK?

Joined in 2009. Found the website after a warmup where the Northern WI conditions went to crap but saw on JD that the UP was still good. Trailered to Ontonagon & sure enough we had good riding. Now I check in daily but don't post all that much.

Dec 1st of 2019 in the UP. The 1st day trails open.

John definitely had a major impact on the snowmobiling community & so many people's lives in general. He is definitely missed.

I don't mind the tracking/darting on groomed trails but my wife doesn't like it so a few years ago we started running a Stud Boy Deuce on her left ski with a Stud Boy Shaper on the right. She said that works well.
