John, I live in central Illinois and I have noticed over the last 4 or 5 years that you often predict measurable snowfalls for our area about 48 hours before nws or similar entities. Simply put, why is that ? Please keep up the good work.

I would like to rent a home for January and February near Land O Lakes or Boulder Junction. Four guys plus occasional guests. Three or four bedrooms preferred. Close to the trails and a garage a plus. We usually ride 3 or 4 weekends but prefer to leave our sleds and gear up north. References...
