Are the trails even open/rideable around the cities? Will be up there on the 30th, and a little snow is forecasted. Don't know what to expect. Thanks in advance

First of all, are the trails rideable around the cities? I'm flexible somewhere around the Twin Cities. My wife and I are taking a weekend trip and Saturday she's shopping while I scratch my snow itch. If anybody is going to be around I would love somebody to ride with. Let me know! Thanks...
