Am going to spray and wipe with Mold Armor Indoor and Outdoor Mold killer, and wipe it with moist cloth. Then come summer going to repaint the areas with wall paint that has some mold protector in it as well.

Several walls at summer home have these dots/stains on them. One is in a closet, other is a bedroom, other is walkout basement. What do you think it is? I dont have any leaks. House is 24 years old.

I got my dock de-icer in early this year (jan) and have had no major problems. Have kept lift in year round for 10 years now. It is an old steel lift.

The window company on rt 70 in Minocqua says it is a window glass issue and a new glass replacement will cost around $300 and take 6-8 weeks.Will go that route.

House temp is 60 degrees, I like it cool. Humidity is 44 percent. Outside temp is 20 degrees. And a part of the metal seal by the glass has arched up. Just condensation on inside window. I bought a duck window insulation kit and will insulate window for rest of winter.
