01 MXZ Speedo Cluster in 02 Legend Doesn't work

I have a 01 mxz600 hood with the completed guage pod in 02 legend, everything works except the speedo and the odometer is taking miles off instead of putting them on. I only see one place to attach the speedo cable, their must be a way to change it somehow.

Does the back of the speedo have a plastic piece with 2 connections on it? if not I would start there. All the Mechanical Ski Doo Speedos I ever worked with had this separate piece that connected to the back of the speedo and had 2 speedo cable connections, one for Miles and one for Kilometers.

Fixed it yesterday and hadn't gotten around to posting what it was, when I got the hood with the guages that piece wasn't their, found it the spare parts left over from the original hood, works fine now.
