03 rev 600 warms up then runs rough

i have a 2003 ski doo 600 ho that idles great but then warms up starts running rough then dies hard to start after that
The Good -compression -plugs -carbs are clean

The Bad - the kill switch works only when you try to start the sled
but wont shut off the sled when runing

Hey! sounds alot like my 03 600 ho. Mine did just like yours plus the idle would climb when sitting still. Mine ended up being bad crank seals, but any air leak could cause your problem. Check your carb boots and Y-pipe for sure (usual culprits) and check your crank seals. Good luck!
