05 F7 missing occasionally

This all started after I got bad gas in this "03 f7"and in my other sled, I was never able to visually see water in the gas so im not sure what the issue was with the gas but draining the tanks and cleaning the fuel system fixed my M8 and mostly fixed the f7 but there still seems to be a ghost in it somewhere. It runs fine for me but when my wife rides it, it begins to miss occasionally and the check engine light flashes "does not stay on only flashes when you hear the engine miss" Usually when it starts doing this it holds at 2300-2400 rpm and doesn't want to idle down. Before the gas incident the sled ran flawless. I have seafoamed it several times cleaned valves and injectors, changed plugs, sprayed starting fluid around boots, and checked for oil in the airbox and everything checked out fine. There was a very small spec of residue on one of the injectors which I cleaned and had thought the seafoam would take care of anything else I may have missed. I am kind of at a loss for what else to try just doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully one of you guys have some ideas of something else to try, im open to ideas. Thanks in advance for the help. The plugs are new... just rechecked the injectors... just seems like I'm not getting enough fuel sometimes..entire fuel system has been cleaned twice now smart valves look clear...could it be a fuel pump or something I can't see with smart valves

Maybe to much seafoam. I dont like seafoam in 2 stroke engines and this is what i found. I have a brand new huskvarna blower and it sat for a year and had old gas in it and i was having a bad bog when I pulled the trigger,I mixed up a new can of gas and poured it into the blower and added a spash of seafoam to the tank. The blower fired once and would not run at all.I dumped all of the gas out of the blower and refilled it with fresh gas and it fired right up. I understand people have been using seafoam in there sleds but is it realy working like it should. I dont think it works good in 2 stroke motors,It works great in 4 stroke motors. Just because someone else uses it dosent make it right. Also check your valve cables,if they are old they may need to be replaced because they frey on the inside and drag enough to throw a code.

My f7 had the smart valves go bad on mine. They kept collapsing and causing my sled to bog down. Have u upgraded yours to the new style?

This problem happened both pre and post sea foam but I see what your saying and I'll take a look at the valve cables....and the sled is new to me and the smart valves are the one piece of the puzzle I'm unsure of I'll pry replace them
