I'm reinstalling a chain case on a 05 rev 500ss. Can anyone tell me what the torque is for the nuts securing the chain case, the brake caliper bolts, both sprockets and the cover bolts are? thx
chain case bolts 35ft lbs with red loctite(cover bolts)
brake bolt 31ft lbs
what you are calling the securing nut is 31ft lbs
top gear 44ft lbs
bottom gear 35ft lbs
