I have an 07 Apex that won't start. I put new plugs in it. Changed the oil
and had it started several times in the past month at idle. Any ideas on why it
just keeps turning over??

I did let it warm up until the red dash light went off. I drove it on the
trailer and it has been in the trailer for a week. I read it could be a relay or plugs.
I will try the plugs first. Thanks for the response.

I had a friend last year the same thing twice and both times it was the plugs, not that fun to change out in the cold.

if your fuel pump is cyclin it aint the relay...relay will not let it turn over or fuel pump wont work...but if you want to make sure either take them out and put them in your pocket for a while or hold a hair dryer on them if you can get one to them...but I don't think that is what it is...for the heck of it take your gas cap off and make sure you don't have a suction going on there...if you feel that you have a suction happening check your vent hose...also take a look at all your fuses too just to be safe....also not to talk down to ya but you sure there is enough gas in it...if you got the tail in the air and not much gas might be below the pick up line.

I just bought new plugs and will install them tomorrow. I think my buddy was right when he said the acronym for Yamaha is:
Y
Ain't
My
A$$
Haulin
A$$

These engines don'y start well when out of use, Spray carb cleaner or starting fluid in carbs. Always works for me

My guess is just cus light went off wasn't warm enough....also while in the warm up state did you give it any throttle...or goose it to get it going????...some of these sleds are touchy that way...

I put in CR10EK which is recommended from Ulmer Racing.
I had the sled at my shop and started it a few times while bored
at work and let it warm up until the light went off. If it happens again
I'm going back to the stock plugs.

Well there you go! Stock plugs do well wonder why Ulmer changed? Agree PITA to change.
