07 f1000 lxr electric start

I had put a post before wondering if anyone had had any electric start issues with machine, last ride, last year just stopped working, no click, no starter running sound, nothing. Worked one minute and then not, I will admit haven't investigated yet and honestly just got out of storage. From parts breakdowns looks like simple system, battery ,switch ,solenoid and starter. The battery is less than 2 years old and a good one but will start with the obvious as there is no rhyme or reason to when or why batteries or electrical components fail but will start with battery. The question I have is there anything else involved in the electric start circuit other than what I had listed above? CPU? any safety switches. Was shocked that even after sitting all season it still started on second pull but if it has electric start would like to use it as im sure on mornings when it is very cold its not as easy to pull. I also cant find the key for my 2017 eltigre 8000 and someone told me I have to order a key by the vin#, is this true?

the battery needs more than 11.2 volts to run....if lower...no worky....most likely all you need is water in it...see if its low on water....if it hasn't been low to long then after filling charge it....it will be like new....UNLESS....its been low a long time...then it arced from plate to plate and no amount of water will save it...the other is spray white lithium grease on ya bendix shaft....might be too late for that also if its rusted up

Tracker, thanks for input, at the time battery wasn't even a year old but yes I know doesn't mean it didn't fail, put in a yuasa battery but that will be the first thing I check. Doubt its Bendix as I get no sound what so ever from starter motor, no click from solenoid, hoping that I would atleast get a solenoid click with a bad starter but nothing so hoping something easy like battery, solenoid or switch. Will let you know. Do you know if the start circuit goes through the CPU at all? Im assuming it doesn't, but if the obvious comes up blank not sure where to go next, planning on looking at during lunch. I also noticed there is a ground strap (according to parts fische) that goes from starter to ground, but would still think solenoid would function. Thanks again tracker

Fixed Tracker..... I hope.... 20 amp fuse blown, replaced started half a dozen times still ok, but if blows again will have to dig further
