It is the chrome. It likes to use cashed (stored) copies of images for faster reloading. Problem happens when the image is new. Sometimes even telling it to force a reload (shift key + reload button) will not fix it. Sort of a dumb thing on Googles part if you ask me. Firefox is probably the best browser out there.
I dumped Internet Explorer several years ago. It attracted virus's and garbage. The hackers aren't up to speed on firefox. Mozilla fire fox is the way to go! Heres a link to download it.
