The HB beer Haus for free lunch with beer purchase. real deal. Then about 6 other bars there in a row.Across the street from Usingers SNF the Cheese store with 33 taps there. Skip Miller and go to Lake Front brewery, ask for Tony, tell him Barb sent you. Your drinks will all be free. Hit the safe house for code beer. Write this stuff down and Google it. You can walk to all these places from the HD museum but you need. a cab back. Lol

Outside of the big party at the Summerfest grounds, Most of the Milwaukee area HD dealers are having Big to-do going 24 hours. Milwaukee House of Harley has lots going. Music, wet t-shirt contests, female mud wrestling, etc.. There's stuff going on everywhere in the Milwaukee area. If you get west of Milwaukee, hit the Kettle Morraine area for great scenic rides. Stop in Eagle at Knuckleheads Pub and Grill. Big biker bar and well known.

Check out the Biker guide for most of what you need to know:

Just figured with without camping there would be more people than places to stay and or park in the city

Couple boater/bikers went said the event was stretched out over the entire city with 4 dealers having their own events. Harley museum had a line around the building to get in. Cost $110 just to get on event ground then you pay for concerts seperate. some bands were included. Heard the High speed ferry from Milwaukee to Muskegon was packed with bikes and riders coming home today. A lot of money went into Milwaukee to be spent for that event.

Elton John is great in his element, but what was HD thinking?? A gay foreigner to headline for the Harley 100th??? Oh well, I saw a review that the Kid Rock show wasn't that good, which surprised me. Hit Brady street yesterday, but the party had already left town :(

Pat, did you make it to lake front brewery? it is at very west end of Brady street. just over the river and a block north. Brady street is an easy walk from Mckinley Marina. And an easy crawl back :) all down hill.

we didnt...tried but tours stoped at 230 sun and we where heading there at 400 when we found this out....

Well, next time. Best tour for a micro brewery or any brewery for that matters. Multiple Samples first, during and after. Last tour is the best, they do not rush you out.
