13 600 switchback starter problem

I have a 2013 600 switchback that the starter drive just spins it does not kick out to engage clutch flywheel,any help?

Had that with my sled. Replaced battery and fixed. Battery gave all signs of being good. But it seems the amp drop was enough to make it not start
