1972polaris colt drive sprockets and rubber track conversion

My boss has a 1972 polaris that needs drive sprockets and is having a very hard time finding new ones. i thino
there is a rubber track conversion but what do you need for sprockets and track and what ever else you need

I did this on my phone so if anyone could help us with cog sproorckets or point us in thr right direction for a update track kit
