1994 Ski Doo safari deluxe

I need some help,it's a 377 fan with E start,it runs but, the head & tail lights are dim. and i can not find the voltage regulator,or could be a bad ground ?

The voltage regulator is probably the best bet. Had the same issue on a Polaris and it was the regulator. Looking at the Safari regulator on Dennis Kirk it seems like it would be a standard mount on the chassis where it can be grounded.

Thank you,I did find it,it is under the motor mount on the frame,I will try the voltage regulator $44.95 frist, the stator is $199.95 Thank you for taking the time to wright me.I will let you know how it works out.
