Must have a good batt. on them 12.4 volts I think (been a long time) real fussy on the old efi systems if you had like 11.8 volts you wont get enough juice to turn the fuel pump, ecm, cdi thus no spark. Check on hardcore also lots of info on the wedge's to be had, pretty sure the 500 efi's shared the same type of problems with low batt. I remember replacing the batt every 2 yr's on a 95 rxl good luck.
