I bought a 1997 suzuki quad runner last fall. Did not use it much expect one time this winter. It has been sitting since the middle of February. I tried to move it today and the left front brake was locked tight. I had to pound the drum off. I am not real familiar with drum brakes so I need help. The wheel cyclinder moves out when I grab the brakes but I can not get the brake pads to contract far enought to get the drum back over the brake pads. Is there a way to compress that cyclinder? I tried to tap it in with a hammer and punch but all that did was push the back side out. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
