Hello Riders!
Our county received another 10-12” yesterday and into last night.
Many groomers were out Sunday and Monday then needed to halt operations during the snow storm. Many have started going back out today and tonight and will continue through this evening and into the following days. We will report further after those volunteers can complete their routes. The trails will be EXCELLENT for riding!
Please, please remember, these groomers are ALL volunteer ran. All of these volunteers have businesses to keep running during hours of operation and careers and families to tend to. They put this work in in the wee hours of the mornings and late hours running into the middle of the night because those are the hours they are not at jobs as well as the safest hours to be on the trails, but that also means missed sleep time and time with family. No one has more passion than they do for this sport or knows the importance of good trails more than them. They are working and going out the fastest they can. And again, it’s all by volunteer, if you or you know someone that would like to volunteer and learn to run and groomer please reach out. Please be respectful and patient of their hard work and valuable time. Without them, we wouldn’t have the amazing trails we do! If you see a groomer say thank you
