We ended up with about 7 inches last night and this morning, it has been below zero since 4 AM Sunday and may not get back above zero until next Sunday, the snow is starting to pile up pretty good

How about we meet half way bearrassler? It's 47 degrees down here right now, and very wet. Perhaps somewhere around 18 degrees okay?

18 degrees would be perfect, our wind is gusting to 36 mph out of the NW but that must not be strong enough to get the cold down to IL

Yep, the wind is coming down from your area in the NW. We have dropped to 34 degrees already, a 13 degree drop so far. Supposed to drop down to +16 for a low tonight. You are getting it done down here, temps going down, however your temp is not rising, eh? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Stay warm up there!

Talked to a good friend @ Devils Lake, N.D. who said they haven't been above 0 for a week and looks to stay that way for another week. Been there/done that in N.D. for 17 years. Don't want to go back!
