I just finished 15 sets of fully pivoting snowmobile handlebar risers. They will fit any sled, polaris, ski doo, arctic cat, and yamaha. They are made from 6160 aluminum and have 1" stainless steel socket head cap screws. I have three different sizes 2," 4," and 6." They are super strong, I have sold 13 sets already with no complaints, I have ran them on the last three sleds I have owned and they have worked awesome. They are made for 7/8" handlbars, and will work with either "t" post style steering posts or with clamp style steering posts. Most sleds have a clamp type steering post, if your sled has the clamp type, I will send you a 4 1/2" adapter tube to bolt in your clamp, from there you simply clamp the risers to the adapter tube and then to your bars. The adapter tube will be knureld for a stronger hold. The 2" are $30 the 4" are $35 and the 6" are $40. I accept pay pal or cash if you would like to pick them up. Shipping is $5 extra to anywhere in the us. If you have any questions please email me or call 763-242-4588. If dont answer I will call back, I am a teacher so I do not have time to call during the school day.

attack06,

I do teach metal fab. and small engine repair, but we do have any machine tooling so the students do not have the ability to make the risers. I think there would be a few ethical issues in that situation, unless of course the money went to the school.

I could make taller risers if people are interested. I have not made or tested 10" risers but if someone was willing to be a "tester" I would be willing to make some sets and work out a discounted price for them. In theory they should work, the only thing that worries me is that amount of leverage could easily break steering posts or break the riser clamps.
