HELP, I took my sled out around the yard for the first ride this year and noticed I had no brake light, no low beam, no tach light and all other lights were dim. I replaced the low beam and brake light bulbs. All lights are still dim and working except tach because I have not yet replaced bulb yet. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?

Someone more qualified than me may have to ring in here. Sounds like The voltage regulator,(rectifier) on my poo it was behind the panel where the pull start comes out, (easy to replace and common). A bad rectifier can make your sled seam like it is possesed. Start there and inspect it looking for burn spots or a burnt smell.

If lights are all acting the same it is the voltage regulator, on the Edge chassis it is just above the footwell on the left side, about 2" square black module on an aluminum mount.

Couple of wires, two screws, pretty quick fix.

Find them all day on Ebay, if you don"t have the time stop at the dealer.

Thanks for the input on my little issue everybody. I took the voltage regulator off my 99 RMK 500 which is an LR9 and everything works. Also, after doing a little research I found my part at Shadetree Powersports for $16.99. Dealer in Ramsey wanted 58.00 and Moon wanted 85.00. Weird, I wonder if the guy at Moon read the numbers backwards. I have an LR7 voltage regulator which is compatible with LR7-LR9. Shadetree had the replacement for the LR9, ALL IS GOOD!!! WAITING FOR SNOW NOW!!!!!!

I was going to say Shade tree or Dennis kirk. The $85 voltage regulators are for the 06 non edge and newer sleds. Quick easy fix. Your lucky you didn't smoke your hot grips.
