2003 Arctic cat F7 Help

I just recently melted down my right piston and i need to know the torque specs for proper rebuild and easy tips for rebuilding the top end and where to possibly get a good deal on rebuild parts

Definitely get a service manual. If you want OEM parts, I like Funoutfitters or Country Cat. You are going to have to determine whether the cylinder was damaged. Often what looks like cylinder damage is just applied aluminum from the piston, and it can be removed. If that is the case, you just would need to hone the cylinder. Before you do anything, make sure you drain the coolant, you don't want it getting into the Crankcase. Also, you need to determine WHY it burnt down, and correct that. Otherwise it will just do it again.

Why did it go down? Crank Seal? Reed boot? Injector? Better get that pegged before you rebuild it. Check out midwest manuals on google. You can download the service manual, and it will make the task a breeze. Hardest part is the piston pin circlips.
