i just got back from baldwin mi trip, and i had two studs rip out of track which dont make sense they were all tight and almost new, anyways riped to big holes in track and took out front heat exchanger so i need a new track i belive the size is 121x15 but what size paddle can i get i wanna have little bigger ones? but i want to have safe clearance so i dont have to worry bout problems with the heat exchangers anymore, because im not restuding it, and if anyone has used tracks i would consider buying one not studded or ill just get new one. thanks

You can run up to a 1-3/8 i believe without having to buy a notched track for the tunnel coolers. Most guys just go with ripsaw 1-1/4" or a cobra 1-3/8". Should be tons of 121's out there for sale on craigslist.

I just put a 1.25" on my wifes XCSP 600. It hooks up good and seams to hold the trail well. Plus she likes it:) It is a Kimpex Shotgun track. $450.00. It also has 144 pre-drilled stud hole in case you ever did want to stud it.

My dad has a ripsaw on his 04 and loves it. We still plan on studding it though. One option that would give you a very durrable stud pattern would be buying th ripsaw predrill for 144 up the center. I bought a hacksaw which is the 1 in. version and it uses 48 singles and 48 double diggers and looks very durrable. Check tracksusa for great prices ex. 121x15x1 hacksaw for 350, I paid 450 shipped to my door for a predrill
