2004 Artic Cat 400 automatic

I have a 2004 Artic Cat 400 automatic and do not have any spark. What could be the problem , I checked the ignition coil with an Ohm meter and it has continuity but do not get any voltage to the leads into the coil. Emergency stop switch is working and the ignition fuse is good, spark plug wire and new plug look very good, the machine only has 300 miles on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Took to the dealer and found the magnets came off the flywheel, any body else here of this happening. I was surprised to be told the system is in a sealed oil bath. I always though the magneto was outside of the oil.
