2005 Polaris sportsman no ignition,light,accessory power

Hello me again pain in the rear .I have been working on a 2005 sportsman atv .the unit will crank by jumping solenoid but no fire.I have been reading about the kit sure power ecm part # 2203350or 2203348 going bad quite a bit on these.They say the circuit breakers are located in the non serviceable module.Does anybody know of any other fuses or external circuit breakers i can not find one.What you folks think i would like to get it going for my buddy thank as always greg

I have heard of the ignition switch going bad on those. Check the switch for continuity before getting into other things.

thanks..I checked for power everywhere there are two wires going into ecm and that is it.not sure if ignition switch works by grounding i will check switch again thanks greg.

I just replace the module on an 05 500 efi. Check for 12 volts at your key swith, I think it was a yellow wire. If you don't have 12 volts there then go to the module located behind the radiator and on the right side( when sitting on the machine) check the voltage at the I believe yellow wires, if no 12 volt then the module needs replaced. Very expensive and couldn't find a used one. I'v heard that running around on a dead battery and or charging a dead battery that won't take a charge can cause them to go bad. Good Luck

ITS ALIVE- ITS ALIVE..Yep replaced the ecm found one for $101.00 brand new and she fired right up .thanks for all the help and Todd i think you are on to something the battery is dead, we will be replacing it also to be safe ..thanks again greg
