Both passenger grips on my 600 Edge Touring seem to be very low even in the "Maximum" switch selection. Could both grips need replacement or could the switch be bad or ? Also, if the grips need replacing, is it best off going OEM or after-market ? Thanks !

Krisck, I have a 2010 Polaris IQ Tour with the same problem. I got into an email conversation with the Product Manager at Symtec inc. Symtec makes heated garments and heated foot beds for sale in Shade Tree catalog. They also make the hand warmers for Cat, Doo, and thumb warmers for Polaris. They used to make passenger hand warmers for Polaris on the XLT Tours and 500 Indy Tours. Those passenger hand warmers DID work and were HOT! Since then Polaris cheapped out and went to a different manufacturer using a lesser watt density heater giving you & I the heaters we have now that don't work for crap.
Joe @ Symtec recommended the following: go on to HeatDemons.com and order part number 210007, about $40/pair. They're a higher watt density heater. Recommended for atv's but will work on a sled. Joe says they will work much better than the stock Crap we have.
I haven't done mine yet but it's on the list for this winter.
Good luck
