2007 MXZ 500SS - Mineral or Synthetic Blend Oil?

I've always used the Ski Doo Mineral Injection Oil (yellow jug) as per the manual.
Last week my dealer told to use the XPS Synthetic Blend Oil (black jug) he said
oh you don't want the mineral oil, use the synthetic blend oil.

Who's right-the dealer or the manual? If I should switch to the synthetic blend is
it okay mix the two or do I need to drain the oil tank?

I'd follow the manual, its not influenced by price / hype.

If you decide to change to synthetic oil you do not need to drain the oil tank. I run synthetic. With the beating I give all my motorized toys and knowing the extra protection you get from a synthetic oil this is my choice. With that said, good-o mineral based oil has been protecting 2 strokes for many years.
