2008 800r summit wont start, no lights nothing

hey i have a 08 summit 800r and i was riding lastnight for a few hours on and off and at the last stop i made when i came back out to start it it had nothing no lights didnt even pop tried elec start it would turn over but not fire or pop. sled has 1000 miles on it. is there any thing that might be common to some people but not common to me? any help would be great thank you

My nephew has an 09 that did that to us on the trail last season & we had to tow him back. He took it to the dealer and they found a wire rubbed through and shorting/grounding out so it would not run. Check fuses and wiring.
